What To Expect
What can I expect when I call?
When you're ready to take that big step and make the decision to start counseling, you may feel a bit uncomfortable, maybe even scared, about what to expect. This is natural and completely normal.
What's most important is that you select a therapist you feel comfortable with, who can help you where you are right now and work with you to get you where you want or need to be.
When you call my office, you'll get my voice mail. Please leave a message and be sure to include your name and the number where you'd like me to reach you, as well as some times that are convenient for us to talk. I'll call you back as soon as I can. If you would prefer to contact me by email, please do. Please allow up to 24 hours for me to respond back by email. Please remember that email is not completely secure. Do what works best for you. If you would like me to respond to your email by phone, please be sure to include a contact number where I can reach you.
